Congress passed the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 by a strong majority.

Congress passed the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 by a strong majority.  Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council says this bill contains a similar safety structure as the 2002 farm bill.
