The Farm Service Agency or FSA recently informed the county FSA offices of a delay in direct final payments for certain farm organizations.

The Farm Service Agency or FSA recently informed the county FSA offices of a delay in direct final payments for certain farm organizations.  Robbie Minnich, senior government relations representative for the National Cotton Council says the delay is due to software problems.
