The House Energy & Commerce Committee voted favorably on H.R. 1633, the Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act. Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council says the bill, introduced by Reps. Hurt, Noem, Boswell and Kissell on Apr. 15, '11, has broad bipartisan support with 120 co-sponsors.
