Last week the White House and Congressional leadership announced a two year budget agreement that included roughly 3 billion dollars in cuts to the federal crop insurance program. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us to share how the Council and its members stepped in to urge leadership against making the cuts.
