National Cotton Council economists say 2016 will be another challenging year for the U.S. cotton industry – with low cotton prices, ample global stocks and uncertainties regarding global cotton mill use. Shawn Holladay, a Texas cotton producer and President of Plains Cotton Growers, Inc., shares some advice for his fellow cotton producers during this difficult time.
