A combination of slightly lower production and significantly higher consumption has reduced this month’s global cotton stock forecast for both 2015-16 and 2016-17. Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, joins us to break down the latest numbers from USDA.
