USDA released its October Supply and Demand and U.S. cotton production reports last week. In their latest report, USDA estimates a 2016-17 U.S. cotton crop of 16.03 million bales. The National Cotton Council’s Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis, Dr. Jody Campiche, joins us with a break down of the numbers.
