Work on the 2018 Farm Bill appears to be drawing to a close. It appears that all negotiations between the House and Senate Agriculture Committee leadership has concluded. Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us to talk about some of the procedural steps and what the final version of the bill might include for cotton.
