In its February report, USDA projected the 2018-19 U.S. cotton crop to reach 18.39 million bales, 200,000 bales less than projected in the December report. Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, joins us to take a closer look at USDA’s estimate for U.S. cotton.
