This week the Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue, announced the third and final tranche of 2019 Market Facilitation Program (MFP) payments will be issued. The payments assist farmers suffering from the ongoing trade dispute with China. We caught up with Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, to talk about what this will mean for America’s cotton farmers.
