Leaders from major commodity groups, including the National Cotton Council, submitted comments to the International Trade Commission, or ITC, regarding negative impacts if Mosaic Co. wins a decision to have the federal government place countervailing duties on phosphate fertilizer coming from Morocco and Russia.
