Cotton Newsline: June 15, 2022
Ted Schneider, U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol grower from Louisiana, shares details about the program’s recently announced streamlined, three-year grower enrollment.
The program’s vision is to set a new standard in sustainable cotton production where full transparency is a reality and continuous improvement to reduce our environmental footprint is the central goal.
Schneider says there is a need to collectively ensure there is enough participation in the program to meet demand so that the U.S. remains a leading producer of sustainable cotton for markets around the world.
